OnePointSeven
In 2012, Michelle and Jennifer launched OnePointSeven, a strategic communication consultancy that serves both consumer and business-to-business clients. Today, OnePointSeven is in demand by many local companies and organizations, at which Michelle and Jenn share their expertise and collaborative approach to digital and traditional marketing communications.
Michelle is that rare marketer who has both broad, technical expertise and an astute, strategic approach to effective communications. After a decade in San Francisco, CA, successfully selling technology, computer systems, network services and enterprise software to major accounts, including Sun Microsystems, Intuit and Hewlett Packard, Michelle joined a software start-up as Director of Marketing. In this role, Michelle created the corporate identity, the market strategy and all the associated messaging and collateral for a successful launch into a competitive market. This experience launched a flourishing sales and marketing consultancy.
Upon moving to Concord, MA, 10 years ago, Michelle split her attention between technology clients and work for non-profits. Michelle serves on a number of boards and municipal committees, defining strategy, leading fundraising, creating messaging and designing and producing collateral, including print and digital communications.
With both client-side and agency experience, Jennifer brings a passion to finding just the right voice and media for her clients’ products and services. At Clarke, Jennifer provided strategic communication planning and hands-on execution to national and local clients, including WellPoint Health Networks, Boston Scientific, Winchester Hospital and ViaCord, Inc.
More recently, Jennifer served as Director of Community for a start-up aimed at providing parents a set of online tools and a virtual support group, to manage children’s activities and enhance their parenting experience. Additionally, Jennifer has served in leadership roles on school boards and fundraising organizations.
